Terms of service

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

1. Custom Production & Orders: All orders are custom and final sale unless defective.
2. Customer Responsibilities: Approve dielines, artwork, and proofs. Provide accurate specs.
3. Pricing & Payment: Standard terms = 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. Additional duties/taxes may apply.
4. Shipping & Delivery: Sea Freight ~30–40 days, Air Cargo ~14 days. Delays possible. Risk passes per Incoterms.
5. Quality & Claims: QC performed. Claims for defects must be submitted within 7 business days. Remedies include replacement, credit, or partial refund.
6. Intellectual Property: You retain rights to your designs. We only use them for production.
7. Limitation of Liability: Not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Liability capped at order value.
8. Governing Law: Governed by Delaware, USA law. Disputes handled in Delaware courts.
9. Amendments: We may update terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
