Design & Files
What design files do you accept?
AI, PDF, or EPS with outlined fonts and embedded images. Provide dielines at 1:1 scale and at least 300 DPI for placed art.
Can you help create dielines or adapt my artwork?
Yes, send dimensions, product use, and reference photos. We’ll supply or adjust dielines before sampling.
Pantone or CMYK what should I use?
For highest color consistency, specify Pantone (PMS) spot colors; CMYK is fine for photos/gradients. Minor variance can occur across presses and substrates.
Can I add premium finishes?
Absolutely: matte/gloss lamination, soft-touch, foil, emboss/deboss, UV/spot UV, textured papers, ribbons, and magnets.
What are standard tolerances?
Typical production tolerances are ±1–2 mm on dimensions and slight color shift versus on-screen previews. We match approved samples and Pantone drawdowns wherever possible.
Sampling & Production
How does sampling work?
After dieline/art proof approval, we produce a physical sample (or color proof). You’ll confirm it before mass production.
How long does a sample take?
Usually 5–10 business days, plus shipping time.
What’s your MOQ?
Varies by product and finish. Rigid boxes and specialty prints usually start around 500–1,000 units; simple mailers can start lower.
Will you credit sample/tooling fees?
Often yes for mass-production orders—quoted case by case.
Quality & Compliance
Do you do quality inspections?
Yes—inline and final QC by our team; third-party inspections can be arranged on request.
Can you certify sustainable materials (e.g., FSC)?
Yes—FSC-certified paperboards are available on request so you can meet responsible-sourcing goals.
Is packaging food-safe?
For direct/indirect food contact, we can source materials compliant with FDA Food Contact Substance requirements; documentation available upon request.
What about REACH or Prop 65?
We can produce to EU REACH and California Prop 65 expectations and provide declarations where applicable.
Do you offer ship-test options (e.g., ISTA)?
Yes—ISTA series tests can be arranged for transport durability.
Shipping & Logistics
What are your delivery options and timelines?
- Sea Freight (Economy): ~30–40 days.
- Air Cargo (Express): ~14 days.
Which Incoterms do you support?
FOB, CIF/CFR, DAP/DDP, and more—quoted per project so costs/risks are clear.
Do you handle customs and import clearance?
Yes—on DDP/DAP terms we manage door-to-door logistics; on FOB/CIF your broker can handle import.
Can you split shipments or stage delivery?
Yes—partial shipments, staggered deliveries, and multi-warehouse routing are available.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA or retailers?
Yes—barcodes, carton labels, and packing conforming to retailer/FBA guidelines upon request.
Pricing & Payments
How are quotes built?
Unit price is driven by materials, size, print/finish complexity, quantity, and shipping method. We’ll show line items (production, tooling if any, freight, duties/taxes if DDP).
What are payment terms?
Typical: 50% deposit to start production; 50% balance before shipment (sea or air). Bank transfer preferred; other options on request.
Can prices change on reorders?
Raw-material and freight markets move; we lock your price at PO confirmation and requote fairly for reorders.
Approvals, Changes & Claims
What do I need to approve before production?
Final dielines, artwork proofs, finishes, and any Pantone callouts. Please check dimensions, copy, and placement carefully—production follows your approved proof.
Can I make changes after approval?
Once approved and scheduled, changes may affect cost and lead time. We’ll confirm feasibility first.
What if something arrives damaged or defective?
Report within 7 business days with photos and packing details. We’ll investigate and offer remake or credit according to findings and policy.
Reorders & Ongoing Support
Do you store dielines and color data for reorders?
Yes—we maintain your specs, dielines, and Pantone drawdowns to keep future runs consistent.
Can you help with warehousing or ongoing restocks?
Yes—on request we can arrange storage, call-offs, or regular replenishment schedules.
Do you sign NDAs / protect IP?
Yes—NDAs are welcomed; we treat your designs, molds, and brand assets as confidential.
